Our Method

There are five steps to the SuperClean method:

  1. The first thing we do is to pre-inspect your carpet and/or your upholstery so we can see which areas you need cleaned and to determine what your needs are. At this time it is best to bring to our attention any areas of special concern you may have. We verify the areas to be cleaned and how much it will cost so that you have no surprises when we are finished.

  2. After inspecting your carpets we determine the best chemical mixture to treat your specific needs and mix your pre-treatment accordingly. We pre-treat your entire carpet, not just your high traffic areas while paying special attention to your spots and stains.

  3. We then steam clean your carpets while agitating the fibres to give you the best cleaning possible while removing the soap and chemicals along with your dirt and stains with our high pressure rinse and high powered vacuum which is run by the engine of the carpet cleaning van. This method ensures the best cleaning possible without leaving any residue behind making your carpets fresh, clean and safe for your kids and pets.

  4. If you have requested 3M Scotchgard it will be applied at this time followed by raking the Scotchgard into the carpet fibres.

  5. Before leaving we ask you to look at what we have done and make sure you are happy with the result. We look forward to having you as a happy customer that will call us for all your future cleaning needs!

Note: During step #1, pre-inspection - we may determine that additional steps beyond standard cleaning are necessary to restore your carpet or furniture to its best possible appearance. Standard cleaning is done at our normal or quoted price. Unusually heavily soiled rugs, excessive spotting, by-hand cleaning and situations that require extra labour or materials may require an additional charge. Some types of stains that may require speciality cleaning techniques are grease, tar, chewing gum, rust, wine, food colouring or make-up.
